During your 2 year Graduate Development Programme you will work as part of the Operations Team. You’ll need an appetite for variety, as you’ll be working on diverse, intellectually demanding projects, where you’ll be expected to apply and develop your technical, analytical, managerial and commercial skills. The Liverpool site is currently qualifying a new £100 million bio-pharma facility and as the new facility transitions from Project status into full scale manufacturing, you will gain unique exposure and develop significant technical and professional expertise in several of the following areas:-
Secondments and projects will feature in your development and experienced managers will be there to offer advice and guidance on how to make the most of the opportunities available to you.
This will include troubleshooting, operational improvements and capital projects; Technical Development; Vaccine Manufacturing Process Operations; Equipment and Process Validation and Engineering |

| You will be looking to graduate in 2010 with a 2.1 degree in chemical Engineering. Experience of process operations at an operator level is desired but not essential. Excellent interpersonal, communications and team working skills are required. |
