This role is to provide business project management to the Risk Transformation Programme.
The Risk Transformation Programme is a multiyear strategic review of our market and credit risk management business processes and IT infrastructure. The aims of the Programme are to:
1. Identify our strategic end state business processes
2 Perform cost benefit analysis of the change to current processes to achieve end state.
3. Manage any resulting implementation projects.
Resourcing of the Programme will be such that the will be multiple business analysis and implementation streams running in parallel and this role is to ensure these streams are managed and tracked appropriately. |
