We are looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager with strong financial experience preferably within the Private Banking Sector. Working on potentially multiple Projects within a significant Programme responsible for a range of client, revenue, legal, regulatory and product-related projects, you will take ownership for the Business Analysis work of project(s). Additionally you may be responsible for Project Management activities on some projects. You will be reporting to the Programme Manager.
In this role you will advise and support the Bank and management in banking, application-related, organisational and any other operational aspects. Your task is to find solutions to problems, recognise weaknesses and propose realistic solutions in terms of profitability, quality, time and risks. Overall conditions and client needs are under constant observation; in the case of any changes, you react quickly and flexibly in consultation with the client. In addition, you assist with, facilitate and support the implementation of approved solutions.
You will define and lead or support testing, training and communication activities. When also taking on project management responsibilities, you will undertake all required activities including planning, risk and issue management, status reporting and stakeholder meetings (working groups, steering committees etc).
In performing the above, you will be working with stakeholders from all functions within Wealth Management UK, at all levels including members of the UK Management Committee. You will have strong analytical, problem solving, communication skills, you will be required to analyse and present complex information in a clear and accurate way. You will have experience of working with senior business stakeholders and tackling complex problems that cross many functional areas. Demonstrable experience of your Business Analysis skills is required, as is evidence of some project management experience. Solid experience in a banking environment with project life cycle experience essential.
Desirable:
A good working knowledge of Private Banking with particular focus on the role and tasks of the client advisor and the legal and regulatory context in which we operate. Training in project management and/or business analysis. |
