The role requires a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast moving customer facing environment. The candidate should be a self starter who enjoys working in a busy pressurized role. This is a very pivotal role which requires communication with the Partners, Disti’s, Sales Teams and colleagues in the US. The main role of the Business Analyst is to process orders and evaluation requests to the US. All orders are booked in line with SLA’s and a good knowledge of SOX compliance would be very useful.
Key tasks Process orders to the US (Orders processed into the Oracle System in the US) Log all orders and ensure that product and license keys are shipped and processed Good knowledge of SOX compliance Good understanding of Cisco IronPort products and license keys License key management and key extension management Process evaluation requests Arrange returns of the Evaluation units once testing has been completed Track and monitor evaluation units in line with DSO (Days Out Average) Provide support to the Sales Team and Partners and Disti’s Update PO information into SFDC Store copies of documentation in both email and email files Chase any overdue invoice queries with customers Progress any logistics requests and shipments Provide statistics when required Analytical approach and identifying trends would be an advantage
