Successful experience as a Brand Manager and evidence of strategic planning and execution are considered essential for this position. In addition the following skills and experience are highly desirable; experience of working within specialist therapy areas; successful experience of a wide range of differing aspects of the marketing mix; successful experience of leading cross functional teams; the ability to multi task, prioritise high workload and consistently deliver to a high standard; highly effective communication skills at all levels of the organisation; excellent team player in both formal and informal teams; excellent planning and project management skills; highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed with a 'can do' attitude.
