Sanctioning, restructuring and declining pricing requests for bespoke pricing on both credit balances and money transmission. Assisting Relationship Directors, Cash Directors and Deposit Sales Directors in complex deal structuring. Contributing towards Commercial Bank credit balance growth targets. Working in collaboration with the debt pricing desk to deliver holistic pricing structures covering debt, deposit and money transmission pricing at customer level. Working with Product Managers to set Credit Balance Pricing appetite across the different credit balance products. Identifying and monitoring pricing trends at Relationship Director and team level. Identifying opportunities to improve income across the product set and driving initiatives to achieve this income / balance growth. Ensuring that margins on credit balance products improve in a tough competitive environment
