Banking Senior Management Consultant - Financial Services Sector
Our Financial Services Sector team require a Senior Management Consultant, with deep industry knowledge derived from an extensive track record, in either the Banking or Insurance industries. A strong demonstrable delivery capability is essential.

Successful candidates will be required to lead the delivery of client assignments, build strong relationships in the chosen market segment and lead the development of industry-specific solutions.

Fully capable of leading and controlling complex projects. Experienced in operating competently in large and complex programme management environments
Ability to demonstrate, define and solve complex business issues and problems in ways that are acceptable to clients, are deliverable and cost-efficient.

- Experienced in shaping and leading major technology and business change initiatives and track record of delivering against business objectives in a commercial environment.
- Delivery skills in areas such as Test Management or Business Analysis or Programme Management.
- Ability to build varied business relationships across within your Industry (Banking or Insurance) and evidence of successfully exploiting these relationships.
- Ability to win and sustain client confidence at all levels during project engagements.
- Aware of main trends and issues within all financial services industry segments, coupled with thought leadership in at least one deep specialism.
- Ability to engage credibly with senior executives in formal environments.
- Fully capable of leading and controlling complex projects. Experienced in operating competently in large and complex programme management environments.
- Ability to demonstrate, define and solve complex business issues and problems in ways that are acceptable to clients, are deliverable and cost-efficient.
- Build and use intellectual capital to leverage in the resolution of complex client business issues.

- Gravitas and leadership qualities. Capable of leading and inspiring teams. More than competent as a Coach to to junior consultants.
