This key position in our marketing department assists the brand manager in profitably growing one of Novartis’ key brand equities, and have full management responsibility for 2-3 tail brands.
-Lead projects from concept to launch for on time delivery, including line extension NPD, packaging initiatives and communications planning -Lead teams (internal & external), to deliver BTL and PR materials from concept to launch -Deploy & monitor project budgets to make most effective use of A&P/ drive ROI -Provide market analysis and competitive insight to assist BM in developing the annual brand plan within A&P allocated -Work with Category development to monitor market dynamics and develop promotional guidelines and shopper insights -Monitor all brand KPIs and complete monthly performance tracker -Manage at least 2 tail brands – fully own P&L and all brand activities
