The Advertising Operations team ensure the execution of multifaceted advertising campaigns across the Yahoo! network on behalf of our clients. We are here to ensure that our advertisers have an excellent customer experience with Yahoo! The Advertising Operations team works very closely with sales, Account Management and Ad Technology. They support the big 5 markets in Europe including the UK, Germany, France Italy and Spain, and have team members based in London, Dublin and India.
Responsibilities:
Campaign set up
• Order generation
• Receive and check creative material from advertisers and ad agencies
• Co-ordinate scheduling of campaigns
• Working closely with finance to ensure that revenue is recognised accurately
Campaign management
• Creative swaps and revisions
• Monitoring impressions (page views) and revenue status of ad campaigns, ensuring campaign delivers according to contract
• Performance optimisation and makegoods
Customer service
• Frequent liaison with clients and agencies to chase up creative and answer queries etc.
• Daily liaison with sales team to ensure smooth progression of ad campaigns and feedback to sales person as to campaign performance
• Provision of excellent all round customer support for sales teams and advertisers |

• Must be organised with a keen eye for detail
• Must be numerical and accurate
• It is essential that the individual is able to work under their own initiative demonstrating their ability to prioritise workload and juggle multiple tasks
• Excellent administrative, communication and inter-personal skills
• Must enjoy working in a pressurised and fast-paced media sales environment
• Positive attitude is a must
• Must be reliable, approachable, confident and flexible
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to speak English and one other European language would be highly beneficial- ideally German, French, Spanish or Italian
• Enthusiastic about working with sales team
• Should have some knowledge of the Internet
• Should have some knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• HTML/rich media knowledge/experience would be an advantage but not necessary
• Some trafficking experience is beneficial |
