To assist the Income Team Leaders in the timely and accurate identification and processing of Income entitlements and settlements for all UK and Overseas Unit Trusts in which BNP Paribas Securities Services administer on behalf of their clients. Trade capture, confirmation and settlement of repo, stock collateral and secured loans. Other responsibilities as requested by the Team Leader and Senior administrator in relation to functions processed within the Income and repo team.
Key Responsibilities: - The timely identification and processing of all Purchases/Sales (Orders & Matched) from the appointed custodian(s) in line with Service Level Agreements. - Trade capture, confirmation, settlement and reconciliation for all repo and stock collateral trades - The timely identification and processing of all Income entitlements for unit trusts - The management of custodian(s) and UTM's to ensure all entitlements are correctly received within specified Service Level Agreements. To include the weekly running of an Outstanding Income report - The accurate and documented reconciliation of client holdings and entitlements and investigation/clearance of any stock or cash differences occurring during the processing of an event. - Assisting Auditors and Fund Accountants as necessary. - Commitment to the continuous improvement process. - Provide effective cover for other team members as required. - Other responsibilities as requested by the Team Leader. - Escalate materiality issues and control breaches to management. - Adherence and periodical review of team controls and procedures. - Represent the income team for ad-hoc risk reviews Liaise with clients when necessary to resolve/escalate issues - Assist other team members with the daily tasks to ensure all are completed on a timely basis
